About The Position

The Manufacturing Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence and inventory integrity across manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and commercial operations. This role supports inventory verification initiatives, strengthens process controls, performs advanced data analysis, and partners cross‑functionally to improve inventory accuracy, operational reporting, and governance. Core responsibilities include Work-In-Process WIP and finished‑goods validation, inventory reconciliation, distributor/third‑party verification, variance analysis, ERP‑based reporting, and oversight of process compliance and inventory control standards.

Requirements

  • Inventory verification activities for raw materials, WIP, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Physical inventory counts, cycle count programs, and reconciliation reviews.
  • Reconciliation of physical inventory with ERP/system records.
  • Investigation of discrepancies and driving corrective actions.
  • Support of inventory accuracy initiatives, stock movement analysis, and root-cause reviews.
  • Analysis of inventory aging.
  • Identification of risks related to excess/obsolete stock.
  • Advanced data analysis to identify trends and improvements.
  • Support and maintenance of inventory reconciliation reports, operational dashboards, variance analyses, and management summaries.
  • Support of internal and external inventory audits, stock verification activities, and operational reviews.
  • Partnership with Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Strengthening ERP inventory processes.
  • Enhancing system controls.
  • Supporting operational improvements.

Responsibilities
