About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the AOG Business Operations Team in Everett, Washington. This role involves conducting assessments of processes and practices, analyzing and interpreting data, and providing feedback on assessment results. The analyst will work with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes, implementing these strategies at the appropriate organizational level. The position operates under general direction.

Requirements

1 + years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
1 + years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
1 + years of experience in Data Analysis
1 + years in a role that requires effective communication with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or higher
1+ years of experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Cognos, Tableau, etc.)
1+ years of experience implementing lean manufacturing principles in a production system
1+ years of experience with Project Management
