Your role as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician As a new Manufacturing Maintenance Technician at Flextrude, you can expect to perform routine maintenance checks on machinery, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting repairs, and documenting maintenance activities to maintain accurate logs. You will collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance workflow. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, Day Shift, from 7 am to 3 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to meet production demands, providing you with opportunities to further develop your skills.
