Requirements

Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities, enabling you to identify and resolve issues with various equipment, including motors, gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors.
Experience with preventive maintenance practices.
Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics is crucial for ensuring optimal machinery performance.
Basic to intermediate electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly with sensors, switches, and control wiring, will be vital for daily operations.
Adept at reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics.
Welding and fabrication skills to assist with repairs and modifications.
Proficiency in PLC/VFD and automation systems will also enhance your contribution to the team.
Maintaining thorough maintenance documentation and adhering to safety compliance standards are key responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
