Requirements

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities, enabling you to identify and resolve issues with various equipment, including motors, gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with pneumatics and hydraulics is crucial for ensuring optimal machinery performance.
  • Basic to intermediate electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly with sensors, switches, and control wiring, will be vital for daily operations.
  • Adept at reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematics.
  • Welding and fabrication skills to assist with repairs and modifications.
  • Proficiency in PLC/VFD and automation systems will also enhance your contribution to the team.
  • Maintaining thorough maintenance documentation and adhering to safety compliance standards are key responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
