About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing equipment, facilities systems, compressors, pneumatic equipment, and production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical systems, air compressors, heat presses and related pneumatic systems. This role ensures the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing and facility equipment through proactive and corrective maintenance.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanical technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems (AC/DC motors, sensors, PLCs) and mechanical components (bearings, belts, pulleys, gearboxes).
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other maintenance equipment (hand tools, power tools).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond quickly to equipment failures.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment, including motors, drives, sensors, PLC-controlled systems and pneumatic equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of air compressors, heat presses, and associated pneumatic components.
  • Builds tooling.
  • Conduct routine facilities maintenance, including cleanrooms and HEPA filtration systems, to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards.
  • Assist with equipment installations and facility upgrades as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support production and operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
