Assignments vary based on business needs and provide challenging opportunities to support plant operations, improve processes, lead projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are placed into a manufacturing-based role where they can continue building their technical and operational expertise. The program is intended to accelerate development and prepare associates for future opportunities in operations supervision, production management, and plant leadership as they progress in their careers. During your assignment with Clarios, you may have a variety of developmental opportunities in addition to your work assignments, such as, roundtable discussions with senior leaders to skill-building workshops, networking events, and community activities.
