About The Position

The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is a two-year rotational development program designed for individuals interested in building a career in manufacturing operations and plant leadership at Clarios. Unlike traditional corporate rotational programs, MLDP provides hands-on experience within Clarios manufacturing facilities, exposing participants to the people, processes, and operations that drive plant success. Through the program, participants will gain experience in functions including Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations Supervision, and more, while working directly with plant teams and operational leaders. Rotations are designed to provide a broad understanding of manufacturing operations, strengthen problem-solving capabilities, and develop the business acumen needed for long-term success in a production environment. The program consists of three 8-month rotational assignments within U.S.-based manufacturing facilities, with assignments varying based on business needs and providing challenging opportunities to support plant operations, improve processes, lead projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Upon successful completion, participants are placed into a manufacturing-based role to continue building their technical and operational expertise. The program is intended to accelerate development and prepare associates for future opportunities in operations supervision, production management, and plant leadership. Participants may also have developmental opportunities such as roundtable discussions with senior leaders, skill-building workshops, networking events, and community activities. Program rotations include Quality/Engineering, Finance/Supply Chain, and Operations Supervision. This program rotates associates to different plants, and relocation is provided and required. Possible locations include Geneva, IL; Canby, OR; Tampa, FL; St. Joseph, MO; Toledo OH, Yuma, AZ, or Red Oak, IA. The program is open to Undergraduate Seniors graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
