We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on HR Manager to lead the HR function at one of our largest, most complex manufacturing facilities in Leola, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years leading HR teams in a complex environment
  • Strong experience in employee relations, talent strategy, and HR program execution
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems, reporting, and analytics
  • Proven ability to lead through change and influence business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to site leadership, aligning people strategies with business goals
  • Drive results across key KPIs including safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team
  • Monitor data and trends to anticipate issues and improve performance
  • Partner with leaders to enhance the employee experience across the full lifecycle
  • Design and implement engagement and retention strategies
  • Lead organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and succession initiatives
  • Apply root cause analysis and continuous improvement to solve people-related challenges
  • Coach, influence, and support leaders in making informed decisions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and company standards
  • Oversee employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes
  • Champion a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across the facility
  • Maintain visibility on the floor to ensure adherence to processes and standards
