Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
  • Applicable wiring experience.
  • All applicable knowledge and competencies for skilled, experienced wiring.
  • No more than 3 points with no written policy infractions.
  • Must be in your role as a FTE of Schneider Electric for at least 6 months.
  • Must have "Good/Superior" Quality with no more than 3 defects listed in Gainseeker per quarter.
  • Must be willing to bring your personal tool cart to the interview and explain your 5s.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable and accountable — you take pride in your work and follow through.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development of new temporary workers, retraining current employees, cross training, etc.
  • Working with multiple individuals possessing different skill levels.
  • Helping with trouble shooting.
  • Providing objective student evaluations during the training period.
  • Encouraging participants to learn from themselves and the class.
  • Performing other duties as required.
  • Assembling components and products following detailed specifications and standardized processes.
  • Inspecting finished products to verify quality and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Working closely with team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Keeping work area clean and organized while promptly reporting any equipment issues.
