About The Position

Securitas USA is seeking a Manufacturing Facility Security Officer to join our Security Team. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling various locations, and preserving order while enforcing regulations. Security Officers will also provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. Requirements

Driver certification required; Must have a valid Michigan DL
Customer service excellence
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable with computers and technology
Must have excellent Customer Service skills
Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
Maintains a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring the premises.
Patrols a variety of locations.
Preserves order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Provides customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
