As a Manufacturing Engineer at Webco, you’ll be at the center of operations—working side-by-side with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to drive performance and innovation. You will: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in manufacturing processes Design and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity Lead process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and line balancing Conduct time studies and analyze performance data to drive smarter decisions Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime Develop and standardize SOPs and work instructions Support new equipment launches, tooling improvements, and layout enhancements Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions Train and support production teams on new processes and improvements Champion Lean and continuous improvement efforts across the operation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work across teams

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or industrial experience
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools
  • Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
