About The Position

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical expertise across production, cost, quality, and safety compliance for fuel injector assembly. The role is on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, in Pontiac, Illinois. The engineer works alongside 13 other manufacturing and test engineers and reports to the Technical Service Manager. The office is located within a factory work setting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to facilitate and create APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and PFMEA.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to facilitate and host cross-functional meetings, both in person and virtually.
Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.

Assembly and test experience is desired.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot assembly equipment as needed.
Assist with process improvements for the current assembly process.
Investigate and resolve issues resulting from first test pass failures.
Create and update APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations teams.
Facilitate and host cross-functional meetings in person and virtually.
Manage priorities across multiple projects.
