About The Position

Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area. Requires investigation and root cause analysis skills to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of the job area, including inspecting the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigating and initiating corrective action for problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. Knowledgeable on statistical techniques. The resource needs to be schedule-oriented to meet project objectives and assignments without impacting deadlines. Good writing and communication skills in English and Spanish are important for successful and productive meetings within a cross-functional team. This is an established and productive individual contributor role. Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects/cross-functional assignments. Delivers and/or manages assigned tasks and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. Contacts others to share information, status, needs, and issues to inform, gain input, and support decision-making.

• Process Validation knowledge
• Equipment IQ knowledge
• Computer software validation knowledge
• Investigation and root cause analysis skills
• Knowledge of statistical techniques

• Good communication skills in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area
• University Degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
