About The Position

Specific roles include: * **Global Supply Manager:** Owns the commercial relationship with manufacturing partners, responsible for cost negotiations, supply continuity, risk management, and driving efficiencies. * **Manufacturing Design Engineer:** Leads the development and implementation of high-precision mechanical manufacturing processes, collaborating with design teams and suppliers to create end-to-end manufacturing solutions. * **Manufacturing Design Program Manager:** Manages development activities of process development, operations, and quality teams, blending business and technical knowledge to guide the creation of manufacturing processes for extraordinary products. * **Manufacturing Quality Engineer:** Develops measurement technologies, control strategies, and manufacturing methods to meet visionary specifications at scale, leading supplier factories worldwide. * **New Product Operations Program Manager:** Serves as the primary operations interface to product development teams, ensuring successful product launches by meeting cost, quality, schedule, availability, and customer experience goals. * **Software Engineer:** Develops applications and systems that support production from prototype to announcement, used by design and manufacturing teams, as well as suppliers. * **Subject Matter Expert:** Drives the development of manufacturing processes, investigating and developing solutions for ambitious technical tasks requiring non-standard approaches. * **Tooling Engineer:** Leads the development of new plastic injection tooling and metal tooling processes, acting as the interface between design groups and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, process development, program management or supply chain management.
  • Ability to use data to solve problems and make products.
  • Proven track record of delivering on challenging projects with tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to peers, stakeholders and leaders.
  • BS IE, ME or applicable degree.
