In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inquiries related to products, orders, shipping status, returns, and account concerns. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role such as: Customer Service, Call Center Support, Dispatching, Coordination, Order Entry, Administrative Support
Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

Answer 50-80 inbound customer calls daily regarding product information, shipping and order status, returns, and general inquiries.
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and internal company portal systems.
Accurately document all customer interactions and activities within the CRM system.
Review, process, and resolve customer inquiries and return requests.
Respond to questions regarding deductions, returns requirements, repacking fees, restocking fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and other account discrepancies.
Research and resolve customer concerns while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
