About The Position

Capitol City Produce is growing and is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can maintain professionalism under pressure. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in providing outstanding service to customers within this family-owned business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–6 years of customer service experience (required)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
• Proficient in 10-key data entry
• Experience with Google Suite and Excel
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Must be available to work one Saturday morning or holiday following training
• Occasional mid/night shifts may be required

Responsibilities

• Accurately taking and entering customer orders via phone.
• Monitoring customer order patterns and identifying trends or concerns.
• Proactively contacting appropriate personnel to resolve issues.
• Managing multiple high-volume phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
• Supporting customers with questions or updates regarding products or services.
