About The Position
Lakeside Book is hiring a flex-time Manufacturing Associate at its Owensville, Missouri location. Associates move books from the production line and stack them into boxes. The role involves working as part of a team and cross-training with others. The work environment is climate-controlled, and training is provided to support career advancement. No prior experience is necessary. Flex associates choose when to work, with no minimum hours required; day and night shifts are available. Pay is $20 per hour for day shift, with an additional $1.25 for second- and third-shift work.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of a 12-hour shift.
