About The Position
Lakeside Book Company is hiring a flex-time Manufacturing Associate at its Owensville, Missouri location. Associates choose when to work, with no minimum hours required; day and night shifts are available. The role pays $20 per hour for day shift, with an additional $1.25 per hour for second- and third-shift work. Associates work in a climate-controlled environment and receive training, cross-training, and opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of a 12-hour shift.
- No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Move books from the production line and stack them into boxes.
- Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.
