About The Position

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Associate/Wood Fabricator for its warehouse in Olathe, Kansas. The role involves helping set up and execute project work plans, interpreting layout plans and checking drawings and measurements, and performing careful carpentry and woodworking. The associate will learn to use power tools, work safely, communicate project issues, and help with inventory cycle counts. People with experience in construction labor, fabrication, carpentry, product installation or service, or mechanics may be a good fit. A driver’s license is required.

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to adjust as needed to meet requirements.
• Successful completion of employment verifications, a background check, and a drug screen is required before hire; a driving record check is required if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift background preferred.
• Potential experience in construction labor, electrical work, fabrication, carpentry, product installation or service, or mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project setup and execute work plans.
