About The Position

Daman Products is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate for its Mishawaka, Indiana location. The role supports precision machining operations for industrial manifolds and contributes to a workplace focused on integrity, respect, open communication, meeting commitments, and continuous improvement. Prior manufacturing experience is not required, though it is a bonus. The position is full-time and pays $20.50 per hour, with a 2nd shift schedule of 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Requirements

• Positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• GED, high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequently lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work around moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, such as washers, thermal deburr machines, or assembly equipment.
• Assist with assembly, inspection, and quality assurance.
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Keep the workspace organized and safe.
