About The Position

The Manufacturing Associate safely, accurately, and efficiently manufactures and fulfills fixture orders in a team environment, based on customer demand and business needs. The role follows ongoing performance management standards tied to company priorities and requires process ownership and accountability for serving customers. Interpreting technical drawings and using measurement tools support the manufacturing process. Power Industrial Vehicle certification is provided within the first 90 days to promote flexibility across primary departments. This position is onsite at Hallmark’s fixture plant in Metamora, Illinois.

Requirements

Power Industrial Vehicle certification within the first 90 days; Hallmark will provide it.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings.
Ability to use various measurement tools.
Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending, standing, pushing and pulling, and lifting 21–50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated organizational skills and independent problem-solving ability.
Previous Power Industrial Vehicle experience.
Knowledge of the AS400 system.
A versatile mindset and flexibility across primary areas.
