About The Position

The Manufacturing Associate safely, accurately, and efficiently manufactures and fulfills fixture orders in a team environment according to customer demand and business needs. The role follows ongoing performance management standards tied to company priorities and requires process ownership and accountability for serving customers. Interpreting technical drawings and using measurement tools are valuable to the manufacturing process. Power Industrial Vehicle certification is provided to promote flexibility within primary departments. The position is based onsite at Hallmark’s fixture plant in Metamora, Illinois. The plant manufactures product display concepts for retail stores and describes its culture as a small-town atmosphere with a One Team approach, where employees’ voices are heard and opinions are valued.

Requirements

Obtain Power Industrial Vehicle certification within the first 90 days; Hallmark will provide it.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings.
Ability to use various measurement tools.
Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending, standing, pushing and pulling, and lifting 21–50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated organizational skills and independent problem-solving.
Previous Power Industrial Vehicle experience.
Knowledge of the AS400 system.
A versatile mindset and ability to be flexible throughout primary areas.
