About The Position

ATI is seeking a Material Handler to work at its Richburg facility. The role is responsible for preparing material to be shipped to customers. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Attention to detail.
• Forklift ability or experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Two years of sit-down forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material for shipment to customers.
• Build boxes safely using appropriate tools, including a circular saw, air nail guns, and a bander.
• Maintain location identity of products in the facility.
• Assist with required physical inventory procedures.
• Weigh material using scales.
• Visually inspect equipment for safety problems or maintenance concerns.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
