About The Position

Working as a full-time Manufacturing Material Handler, you will keep material cut and at the machine for processing, load trucks, and return extra material that was not used on each work order. The position may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. Fastenal describes itself as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies with more than 3,000 servicing locations. The position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.

Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work independently and in a team environment.

Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and potentially up to 100 pounds.
