Requirements

  • Experience supervising or managing within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing a represented workforce
  • SAP or similar ERP experience
  • Detail-oriented, technical professional with a background in avionics.
  • Leadership skills and commitment to quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the electronics industry
  • Familiarity with ISO/AS9100
  • Proven experience in a fast paced environment
  • B.S. or B.A. degree, preferably in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and managing budgets, staffing, and training programs.
  • Participate in management meetings to discuss business status and strategies.
  • Lead daily team meetings to communicate company objectives and business updates.
  • Ensure a safe working environment through regular Environmental, Health, and Safety audits.
  • Promote an ethics-based business culture and encourage employee involvement and innovation.
  • Oversee a team of supervisors and hourly operators across multiple business units in Stratford, CT.
  • Ensure the assembly, testing, and control of in-process and finished goods meet company standards, government regulations, and contract requirements.
