This role is for a Sales Representative at Cavco in Hamlet, NC, responsible for selling homes manufactured by Cavco Industries to builder/developers, communities, company-owned, exclusive, and/or independently owned points of distribution.

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Effective ability to communicate orally and in written form effectively with co-management, internal, and external customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Ability to travel to all existing customers; and to prospective retailers, builders, developers, and communities at least 30% of the time.
