About The Position

Cavco Manufacturing, LLC, a division of Cavco Industries, Inc., is a Park Model building facility that manufactures HUD, ANSI, and modular park model homes for East coast distribution. With over 33 active facilities in the United States, Cavco offers growth opportunities. They are seeking a sales team member with a positive attitude who desires more than just a job they dread.

This role requires a self-starter who is not afraid to ask for the sale and can effectively communicate with customers and team members. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and troubleshooting/problem-solving in a high-volume setting. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite is necessary, and experience with construction, building processes, home sales, or wholesale experience is a plus, as the company does not sell retail.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel out of the state of Florida
• Excellent attention to detail
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma
• Ability to read blueprints
• Construction, building processes or home sales experience
• Wholesale experience
