About The Position

Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking a Manpower, Personnel and Training analyst as part of the Human Systems Integration (HSI) process in supporting U.S. Navy programs. The successful candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to think creatively and solve problems, and possess strong analytical and data analysis skills.

Requirements

Former Officer, Limited Duty Officer (LDO), Chief Warrant Officer (CWO), or Senior Enlisted (E6-E9) with a minimum of 10 years U.S. Navy Active duty experience
Relevant manpower, personnel, training/logistics acquisition analysis experience
Must be a U.S. citizen, possessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think creatively and solve problems
Strong analytical and data analysis skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution
Demonstrated experience in any of the following areas: OPNAV N1, PERS, NAVMAC
Instructional Systems Designer
Workforce Development analysis experience
Navy Instructor/Master Training Specialist (MTS)
