About The Position
Language Trainers is an international language training company seeking a freelance Mandarin Chinese Teacher for a client in Charlotte, United States. This is a one-to-one, general course with a total of 30 hours, consisting of two-hour sessions. The student is a beginner, aged 25-34, and is motivated to learn Mandarin for potential future relocation to Singapore. The schedule is flexible, with potential times including Saturday mornings, Sunday midday, Mondays after 4:00 PM, Tuesdays after 5:00 PM, and Thursdays after 4:30 PM. The position starts on 2026-07-25.
Requirements
- Native Mandarin Chinese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Live within 20 miles of the specified location (28202, Charlotte).
- Ability to submit CV with references, availability, and earliest possible start date.

Responsibilities
