About The Position
Language Trainers is an international language training company seeking a Swedish Teacher for a client in Bothell, WA. This is a freelance, part-time position for a beginner student aged 17 and under. The course is general Swedish, with a format of two-to-one, totaling 30 hours. Sessions are two hours long and scheduled once per week, with flexibility on Sundays (10 am-8 pm) or Tuesdays (4-6 pm). The start date is as soon as possible. The student's motivation for learning Swedish is to prepare for a foreign exchange program in Sweden in the spring of 2027. The schedule and location may be flexible based on availability, and the hourly rate is negotiable.
Requirements
- Native Swedish speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Valid work permit/visa.
- Ability to live within 20 miles of Bothell, WA.
- Meet the stated conditions for application.
Responsibilities
