About The Position
We are looking to hire a Managing Partner for the upcoming opening of Aberdeen by Coop de Ville! This is a brand new space focusing on seafood-forward cuisine including an exceptional oyster bar and a one-of-a-kind cocktail program. We aim to offer a polished atmosphere followed by a lively late night scene, that feels sophisticated, social, and exceptionally unique.
Requirements
- Managing partner role with a portion of profits offered and collaboration with ownership
- Manage the day to day operations
- Work with ownership to guide our hospitality identity
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of Aberdeen
- Lead and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create a unique menu
- Assist with creating the cocktail program in tandem with our Beverage Director
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Be aware of trends in the industry, special events in the area, and other items to drive sales
- Collaborate with the social media team to drive guest engagement
