About The Position

We are looking to hire a Managing Partner for the upcoming opening of Aberdeen by Coop de Ville! This is a brand new space focusing on seafood-forward cuisine including an exceptional oyster bar and a one-of-a-kind cocktail program. We aim to offer a polished atmosphere followed by a lively late night scene, that feels sophisticated, social, and exceptionally unique. As managing partner, we'd like to offer a portion of profits and enter into collaboration with the right candidate. You would manage the day to day operations, and work with ownership to guide our hospitality identity.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of Aberdeen
Lead and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals
Collaborate with the culinary team to create a unique menu
Assist with creating the cocktail program in tandem with our Beverage Director
Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Be aware of trends in the industry, special events in the area, and other items to drive sales
Collaborate with the social media team to drive guest engagement
