As a member of the Facilities and Physical Security team, our Managers of Workplace Operations oversee the day-to-day operations of a facility or portfolio of facilities leading a team of facilities management, facilities engineering and workplace strategy staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing vendor relationships and develop and implement workplace strategies and support services to successfully align Cambia culture, workspace, technology and workplace practices all while providing exceptional customer service to our employees and visitors - all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.
