About The Position

Eaton’s Corporate Division is currently seeking a Manager, Workplace Experience & Facilities to join our team. This position will be based at our Beachwood, OH North American HQ location with onsite work. The Manager, Workplace Experience & Facilities is responsible for the daily management of Eaton Center. This role takes a hospitality-driven approach to delivering a modern, engaging, and high-performing workplace that supports employee productivity, wellbeing, and collaboration. The position establishes and maintains processes to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of a 600,000 sq. ft. flagship facility, while elevating workplace design standards and service delivery. The role leads all onsite service partners—including property management, dining, fitness, health center, and managed print—and provides indirect oversight of additional services such as reception, security, mail, and janitorial through third-party providers. This leader owns workspace planning and utilization strategy, ensuring the environment supports evolving workstyles and organizational needs. The role also requires strong financial and analytical capabilities, with responsibility for budget management, forecasting, and developing business cases to support leadership decision-making. Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a complex vendor ecosystem to deliver a seamless, best-in-class workplace experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, workplace experience, hospitality, corporate real estate, or related operations
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a best-in-class, hospitality-driven workplace experience across all services and amenities.
  • Develop and monitor employee experience metrics, satisfaction, and utilization trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HR, Communications, and business leaders to align workplace initiatives with culture, wellbeing, and productivity goals.
  • Lead and manage all onsite service providers, including property management (engineering, security, janitorial, mail, reception), dining services, fitness center, health center, and managed print.
  • Establish clear service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), holding vendors accountable for performance, quality, and cost.
  • Drive a high-performing vendor ecosystem through structured governance, regular performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize problem-solving and project management tools to identify, prioritize, gain approval for, and execute facility-related projects.
  • Lead delivery of space reconfigurations, workplace enhancements, events, and capital projects, ensuring alignment with safety, brand, technology, and financial objectives.
  • Lead development and execution of the Eaton Center annual operating budget and 5-year capital plan.
  • Monitor performance against plan, conduct variance analysis, and adjust forecasts as needed.
  • Develop financial models and business cases to support capital investments, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making.
  • Own workplace design standards and ensure consistency with modern, flexible work environments.
  • Lead space planning efforts, including moves, adds, changes, restacks, and long-range planning.
  • Track and report occupancy and utilization metrics to inform strategic planning and workplace optimization.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable workplace standards and best practices across Eaton’s global portfolio.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate EHS risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
  • Investigate incidents, complete required reporting, and lead root cause and corrective action processes.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training and promote a strong safety culture for employees, contractors, and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility operations and workplace experience at Eaton Center.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with leadership, translating operational and financial data into actionable insights.
  • Build strong relationships across stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and drive successful outcomes.
