About The Position

Blue J is seeking a Manager, Website & Conversion Optimization to enhance its website's role in demand generation, conversion, and growth. This is a hybrid role requiring occasional travel to Toronto. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and execution-oriented, responsible for the website's money pages, site architecture, navigation, page creation, performance, and CRO program. This role reports to the VP of Demand Generation and collaborates with the Brand Team. The position involves managing agency relationships and contributing to UX and conversion strategies, especially with an upcoming CMS migration and brand refresh.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, web marketing, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • At least 2 years in a role with similar website ownership and CRO responsibilities.
  • Strong hands-on experience building and editing pages in Webflow.
  • Strong experience with conversion optimization, including owning A/B testing and CRO programs end-to-end.
  • Strong analytics experience, with deep proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong project management experience, including managing agency and vendor relationships.
  • Strong UX/UI judgment, with the ability to evaluate designs through a conversion and user experience lens.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a strong interest in continuously improving website performance.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely and effectively with Brand.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiency, improve workflows, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or managing complex CMS migrations is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with front-end development, including HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with SEO and AEO is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own money pages, site architecture, sitemap, navigation, internal linking, page speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Build and edit pages directly in Webflow, including landing pages and CMS management.
  • Partner on CTAs, funnels, and channel decisions within Marketing, coordinating with Product on post-signup handoff.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships, including the technical execution partner, with a focus on building internal capability.
  • Apply strong UX/UI judgment to review designs through a conversion and user experience lens.
  • Own and drive the A/B testing and CRO experimentation roadmap, running experiments directly and in partnership with the product-led growth team.
  • Analyze website behavior using tools like Microsoft Clarity and heatmaps to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop hypotheses, run experiments, and measure their impact on conversion rates and engagement.
  • Share learnings and recommendations with the Marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Own Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager for the website.
  • Monitor website, campaign, and funnel metrics using GA4, HubSpot, Search Console, and related tools.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve digital performance and user experience.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for Marketing leadership.
