About The Position

The Manager of Visual Merchandising will support the development and execution of seasonal floorsets, floorplans, window displays, fixture programs, and visual standards that support both the customer experience and business goals. This role partners with Merchandising, Planning, Store Operations, and field teams to ensure store presentations are compelling and aligned with Brand direction. The position supports new store planning, visual communication, field execution, and training on visual standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, collaborative visual merchant who is passionate about product storytelling and creating inspiring customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years corporate Visual Merchandising experience or related area
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excel, Illustrator & Quark knowledge
  • Strong business acumen preferably within a corporate retail environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the visual strategy and direction for retail, including merchandising, visual presentation, marketing, promotional strategies, and related business initiatives
  • Manage floorset product presentation in the corporate prototype store
  • Ensure store merchandising supports the window marketing for each floorset change
  • Coordinate roll-out of visual presentation materials to the field
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create compelling window displays
  • Support the store ranking program and implementation of the Visual and Inventory allocation tool for floorsets
  • Communicate retail visual direction across merchandising, visual presentation, marketing, promotional strategies, and related business initiatives
  • Provide direction and support to visual merchandising partners and cross-functional team members
  • Ensure new store floorplans support the brand strategy and key initiatives
  • Partner with Mgr, Strategic Planning to ensure all product is placed and has the best selling opportunity
  • Maintain Visual Standards Binder updates
  • Train new associates on Visual merchandising standards
  • Partner with District teams to support execution of plans per corporate direction
  • Create floorplan direction and communication for all seasons
  • Communicate weekly merchandising updates to RM's, DM's & Stores
  • Support floorplan merchandising strategies and meetings
