This role is responsible for the overall success of Talent Acquisition, including strategy, processes, service delivery, team leadership, and recruiting results. The successful candidate will establish structure, drive consistency, enhance the hiring experience, and build scalable recruiting practices that support the organization's current and future talent needs. As the leader of the U.S. Talent Acquisition function, this individual will manage and develop a team of recruiters while remaining actively engaged in full-cycle recruiting, personally leading searches for critical and higher-level positions.
