About The Position

CommonSpirit Health at Home is a faith-based, full-service health care organization focused on improving the health of patients and communities by helping people receive care in their homes. The Manager, Travel Program leads the internal travel team and oversees the deployment and administration of travel staff across multiple branches. The role also supports the travel program’s operational, compliance, financial, and data needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 7 years of progressive operational leadership and hands-on experience in Home Health, Hospice operations, or clinical travel staffing.
• Deep working knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Understanding of IRS guidelines for travel stipends and reimbursement.
• Familiarity with multi-state employment regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead recruiter for the internal travel team.
• Serve as the EMR Super-User for the travel program.
• Manage end-to-end deployment of travel staff across multiple branches.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure compliance with multi-state laws.
• Oversee the financial integrity of the travel program.
• Conduct regular audits.
• Synthesize raw data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
