Manager, Travel Program
About The Position
CommonSpirit Health at Home is a faith-based, full-service health care organization focused on improving the health of patients and communities by delivering care in the home. The Travel Program Manager leads recruiting for the internal travel team, serves as the travel program’s EMR Super-User, and manages end-to-end deployment of travel staff across multiple branches. The role partners with HR Business Partners to support compliance with multi-state laws, oversee the program’s financial integrity, and conduct regular audits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of progressive operational leadership and hands-on experience in Home Health, Hospice operations, or clinical travel staffing.
- Deep working knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
- Ability to synthesize raw data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Understanding of IRS guidelines for travel stipends and reimbursement.
- Familiarity with multi-state employment regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
