About The Position

The Manager, Transformation Management Office (TMO) will be responsible for driving execution across transformation workstreams, ensuring strong program cadence, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality deliverables that enable leadership decision-making. This role will operate in a highly cross-functional environment, working closely with Finance, HR, and other business leaders to coordinate inputs, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys combining structured execution with collaboration and influence, and who can translate complex inputs into clear plans, outputs, and communications. The ideal candidate has strong program management skills and excellent organization and follow-through. They communicate clearly, are comfortable operating in cross-functional environments, and can drive accountability while maintaining strong working relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of program management experience (preferably in consulting, strategy, PMO, or transformation roles) OR Highschool/ GED or higher AND 11 years of program management experience (preferably in consulting, strategy, PMO, or transformation roles)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

  • Support development of transformation priorities and strategic initiatives and help shape direction across workstreams
  • Lead execution of transformation workstreams, including planning, sequencing, dependency management, and readiness tracking
  • Serve as the primary owner of cross-functional coordination to validate inputs and drive alignment
  • Lead development of presentations, templates, and structured outputs for leadership review
  • Apply TMO frameworks and standards, ensuring consistency in tracking and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.
