We are looking for a Manager, Training, to join our growing National Claims Learning & Development (L&D) team. Reporting to the Director, National Claims L&D, you will play a key role in the performance and engagement of a management team that supports trainers responsible for delivering technical training and onboarding of new employees in Claims. As a mobilizing leader, you will work closely with all managers of the National Claims L&D team. You will contribute to developing your management team and strengthening the skills of Claims teams, while taking into account the operational realities of the different regions.
