About The Position

The Manager, Training leads the training team including the training coordinator and contract trainers, and oversees the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of customer and employee training programs. This role manages web based, live, and recorded training; develops training materials; ensures content quality and accuracy; and evaluates training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years designing and delivering customer facing training.
• 3+ years working with LMS platforms and elearning.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High proficiency with business technology and data interpretation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast changing environment.
• Works independently with high accountability.
• Demonstrates consistent service excellence.
• Builds trust with internal teams and customers.
• Collaborates effectively in a matrixed environment.

• You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the training team.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high quality training and service.
• Assess organizational and customer training needs.
• Provide insights to enhance training curriculum and delivery.
• Manage the customer training calendar and training data.
• Monitor training programs for effectiveness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams on learning needs and solutions.
• Provide oversight for high priority customer engagements.
• Stay current on industry standards and training technologies.
