We’re seeking a Training Manager to lead and evolve technical training programs across datacenters within your area of responsibility. In this role, you’ll assess workforce training needs, manage technical training delivery, and engage your team in procedural change management efforts. You’ll apply project and program management principles to track, evaluate, and report on training outcomes, while developing your own leadership capabilities and coaching trainers in their career growth. Location and work‑from‑home flexibility are available based on team distribution and time zone coverage. As a CO+I Training Manager , you’ll play a critical role in supporting the foundational technologies behind Microsoft’s online services, including Azure, Bing, Office 365, Xbox, and OneDrive.
