About The Position
Crain Automotive Group is hiring Manager Trainees, New & Used Vehicle Sales Professionals, and Product Specialists across Central Arkansas, including Jacksonville, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Conway, Little Rock, and England. The role offers an opportunity to begin a career in automotive sales, with hands-on and virtual training provided and no prior experience required. Trainees earn $6,000 while training, and many team members make more than $100,000 in their first year. The company offers a path to management through internal promotion and support from experienced managers in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
