About The Position

Lovelace Medical Group is seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its urology practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role includes inpatient rounding, consultations, and outpatient care, with an expected volume of 16–20 patients per day. The provider will join a team of two physicians and four PAs and work with tenured support staff, including an RN, scheduler, CSC, and dedicated CMA. The office has two cystoscopy rooms, ultrasound, and a UDS machine. There is no call or weekend work. Surgical first-assist experience is preferred but not required.

Providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to automate documentation, reduce administrative burden, improve patient flow, and support accurate coding.
