About The Position

Bilingual Entry Level Manager Trainee / Account Manager Trainee / Collections and Sales position requiring Spanish and English. The role involves sales, customer collections, merchandise delivery and pickup, service calls, freight handling, and cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise. Compensation is $38,000–$45,000 per year based on experience and performance, with monthly bonuses, benefits, and advancement opportunities. The workplace is drug-free. Work hours are generally 8:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Saturday, with one weekday off and Sunday off. Hours may vary based on store needs, and the average workweek is 45–50 hours.

Requirements

Bilingual Spanish and English language skills.
Class D chauffeur’s driver’s license and a good motor vehicle record (MVR).
Minimum age of 23.
Ability to regularly lift and carry 50–100 pounds.
Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Sales, collections, management, or customer service experience is helpful.
One year of sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
One year of heavy lifting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Sell furniture, appliances, and electronics.
Contact customers extensively by phone or at their homes to renew rental agreements and handle collections.
Deliver and pick up merchandise from customers’ homes.
Make service calls to troubleshoot rental merchandise and deliver loaner merchandise when needed.
Load and unload freight trucks.
Drive company vehicles.
Clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise.
Perform other general duties as directed by management.
