About The Position

This position is responsible for demonstrating and encouraging respect for all individuals, building a high-performing team, and creating a workplace where all associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging. The role involves identifying, attracting, and retaining the best team members, and creating a discipline and focus around developing talent through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and developmental opportunities. The Manager, Temp Services will promote an environment allowing everyone to bring their best selves to work, empowering associates and partners to act in the best interest of the customer/member and company, and regularly recognizing others' contributions and accomplishments. Additionally, the role requires building strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives, and communicating and listening attentively with energy and positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action. The Manager will maintain and promote the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance, model the Walmart values, and lead by example to foster a culture that supports Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company by making a positive impact for associates, customers, and the world. The Manager will adopt a holistic perspective, considering data analytics, customer/member insights, and different parts of the business when making plans and shaping the team's strategy. Requirements

  • The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00.
  • The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
  • Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
  • Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
