This is a full-time, 2-month assignment -ideal for someone who can step in quickly and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling and manage appointments
  • Communicate with clients and interpreters in a professional, timely manner
  • Conduct customer outreach, including follow-ups and service check-ins
  • Support invoicing and general administrative functions
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and internal systems
