Collaborating across functions, the team drives strategic program management, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful execution. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology projects.
  • Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and governance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, build consensus, and influence decision-making using data-driven insights.
  • Knowledge of organizational strategy, business operations, and technology landscape to align projects with strategic objectives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing associates while promoting accountability and ethical standards.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage multiple technology projects within programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and clear accountability.
  • Assess resource requirements, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones, lead cross-functional coordination meetings, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring, to maintain program health and governance.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, influencing, and consensus-building.
  • Support business operations by aligning technology initiatives with organizational priorities and performance metrics.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for team members, fostering a high-performing and accountable environment.
