The Data Security Portfolio team leads essential technology initiatives to safeguard sensitive information and minimize risk. As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex, cross-functional projects spanning application, platform, and infrastructure security. The team partners with engineering, architecture, compliance, and business units to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable results. Focused on clear planning, transparent communication, and disciplined execution, the team enables leaders to influence effectively and continuously improve program delivery. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to track progress against milestones.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage project schedules, risks, and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus in complex situations.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring cost expenditures across multiple projects.
  • Solid understanding of technology strategy, business operations, and translating domain requirements into actionable plans.
  • Skilled in mentorship, project management, stakeholder communication, risk, and issue management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
