About The Position

The Manager, Technology Finance plays a key role in delivering on financial obligations, providing transparency and decision-making options to business partners. This role supports the design, implementation, enhancement, and operation of technology finance reporting, processes, procedures, controls, and systems in support of the ongoing evolution of technology financial practices. The company is seeking a finance leader excited to contribute to the continued success of the organization.

Requirements

  • Professional accounting designation (CPA) and a minimum of five years of directly related experience
  • Results driven, with demonstrated leadership and aptitude for strategic, analytical and critical thinking
  • Drive a high-performance culture for staff and promotes positive culture change within the organization
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ensure effective and efficient use of financial and people resources
  • Identify and invest in opportunities (processes, training, systems) to enhance individual and team effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Manages and executes month-end, quarter-end and annual reporting and budget processes
  • Supports the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technology finance reporting, tools, processes and procedures
  • Supports the design, implementation and continuous improvement of financial reporting systems
  • Lead and coaches a team of direct reports, providing mentorship, feedback and developmental support to help them grow in their roles and reach their professional goals
  • Manages special/ad hoc projects, as required
